About 

Zadar Fitness was built by Sydney and Nick Zadar with a simple belief: personal training should actually be personal.

As nationally certified trainers with degrees in exercise and health sciences, we bring both education and real-world experience into every program we create. But more importantly, we’ve lived the lifestyle ourselves. From competing as collegiate runners to training for endurance events like half-Ironman triathlons, we understand what it takes to stay consistent, push your limits, and adapt when life gets busy. 

That said, this isn’t about us—it’s about you.

Whether you’re just getting started, getting back on track, or looking to reach a new level, our focus is always the same: building a plan that fits your life and supporting you every step of the way. No templates, no shortcuts—just thoughtful coaching, real relationships, and a long-term approach to your health and fitness.

Because at the end of the day, this should work for your life—not the other way around.
